tennant nor really tennant

I have a house I'm currently renting to one women for 3 months now and I don'nt think she lives ther I have seen two women living there that I have never seen before what do I need to do!Help

Is she up to date on her rent? If so, I would send notice to her and just say :" It has come to my attention that you may have extra occupants not listed on the lease living in the leased premises. Please contact me." See if she responds.
