helping friend turns into nightmare

I had a friend that was down and out and no where to go. I have agrred to let him stay until he can get on his feet. He has turned out to be verbally abusive,pays no rent and is very ungrateful. What is the quickest but yet most effective way to get him gone???

If eviction is the way you want to go, then in GA you need a 30 Day notice. You would have to specify what rule has been broken or if he has not paid rent. Do you have a lease? Does he pay rent?
