Addendum for property management changing hands?

I am taking over the management of my property from the previous Property Management Company I had. Do I need a new lease written or just an addendum added?

Either way. If there is many changes; I would encourage a new lease but make sure yu explain to the tenants that everything is the same except the mgmt.
