Eviction

I certified mailed my no lease tenant a 60 day notice to vacate in Pa. They never picked up the letter. So when I got them on the phone on May 26, I told them they needed to vacate by Aug. 1st. Will this hold up to proceed with eviction on Aug 1st. Olga M.,NC
