Making my rental property smoke free

Can I legally make my rental property smoke-free in the state of Wisconsin?  I'm a new owner of a four-plex, and the three tenants all smoke and throw their cigarette waste on the lawn.  There's one tenant that is supposedly moving out in Sept., and I would like to make that unit completely smoke-free...can I do this?

Let your prospective tenants know this and put it in the lease.
