breaking lease

hello,  i have a tenant that has receive a letter in the mail with my name on it; stating the house they are renting is in forclosure; I haven't receive any notification from the bank the house forclosure procedings has been place; therefore I haven't notified tenant to vacate premises; contact tenant for rent for the month; refuse all calls; until today; call came from someone that's not a tenant stating tenant would be vacating the premises this weekend and not paying any rent and proceding with lawyer.  I would like to know if I have the right to take papers out for non payment of rent and breaking the lease.
