strange odor

we have a couple living in our downstairs apartment and i have been smelling a strange odor coming from the apartment especially in my bathroom and the landry room i have downstairs which is wall to wall with their bathroom. Im notreally sure but it smells like they ar smoking something in the bathroom.what can i do

anna, first and formost, you do not have positive proof of some one smoking anything , it could be inscense , You have to get someone that knows what illegal substances smell like and go from there , Ifyou do find out its illegal , you probably do not have it down on your lease to evict for a illegal substance, I would write them a letter and tell them if it persists youill take action and notify the proper authorities
