We have a home going into forclosure. Tenants moved out without formal notice, thier lease has expired, they still have property at the house, and we still have their deposite , what do we do now they dont want to remove the property they have there.

You may not have to do anything since the bank is taking over the property. But if you want to get them out you can send them a Notice of Belief of Abandonment. On the Notice it tells you exactly what you need to do. There is a free website you can view that will give you the free document to download and send to them. Best of luck to you. Times are tough right now and some people are taking advantage of the LL and just squatting. Hope you get them out soon.
