utilities!!!!!

My tenants are on a lease agreement from the previous owner. THe water used to be included in their rent and I want to charge them for it now. The property is in TN.  Can I just give them the 60 days notice?  THanks guys

Check your Lease Agreement. You may have to wait until the Lease is up.
