abondament

i have a house that i let my daughter live in rent free, Dec 4-09 she left and the ex boy friend left at the same time , but did not take his belongings , he has been back several times to get some of his stuff, most is still in the house, we packed up his belongings and call him to come and get his stuff, he got angry and said we had no rigth , he was suppose to get it all dec 22, but did not come, it has been three weeks , CAN I MOVE HIS STUFF OUT ,,THANKS JEFF
