New landlord question

Does every tenant that is over 18 need to sign the lease? Do they all sign the same one, or do they need their own separate forms?

A tenant over 18 is of legal age and may sign a contract or lease. It is up to you whether you want them to sign, sign a new form or sign a separate form.
