I'm a LL and my tennant signed a month to month lease 3 yrs. ago. It just states that either tennant or LL has to give 30 days notice from the 1 st day of any month to move out or eviction. This tennent is paying rent but I want her out . I plan on remodeling. Will I have to go to court to remove her or does the signed lease hold up to get her out? My guess is she'll fight it.
