Do i need liabilty insurance or renters insurance to protect myself? I'm calling my agent on Monday about liability insurance as i already have a regular home insurance policy on my home.

Liability insurance covers yoy sas a Landlord. As a landlord you have a lot of responsibility , say a bulb outside goes out and a tenant come home and falls . Do you have the money and the lawyers fees to cover the bill. Do not be foolish , get it.
