name revision not appearing on additional forms

When creating a form, I misspelled my tenants' names.  Now that I have corrected them, they still appear misspelled in several places, despite removing/re-adding forms changing/deleting/redoing names, etc.  How do I fix this?

The auto-fill information is what fills in those other forms. You can edit that either on the Leases page (icon with the green arrow) or in the 11th step of the lease builder.
