Move Out Tenant from EZLandlord Data

So I have tenants that have moved out.  Is there somewhere ("My Tenants" section) that I'm suppose to technically move them out.  Should I "delete tenant" or will that erase them completely?  Shouldn't I post that the are not current?  Also, I have a new applicant now...any where to add applicants?  Or is it just only actual tenants info entered into the database?  Thank you : )

Hello: To add or delete a tenant; from the home-page, go to "Settings" and then in the drop down menu box, click on "Tenants". If you should have any other questions - contac us via Live Chat, available frequently for most of the day. Just click on the Live chat icon (picture of the operator) at the top right hand side.
