renting

I am contemplating renting a studio and before I can move in I have to clean the place and I would like an agreement between myself and the landlord. I am not able to find a lease agreement on-line for tenants.  What can I do. I need HELP!!!  B. Marshall

A lease agreement is a contract between the landlord and tenant. There is one on this web-site. Click on "Create a Lease" on the homepage and then continue through the steps. You will be able to preview the finished lease before making any purchase whatsoever. Once you like it, and upgrade, you will be able to print it out immediately.
