SECTION 8

Im applying with BHA (Boston Housing Authority) for section 8 tenants.  On the application it is asking what I will be charging for rent.  I assumed BHA would determine what the apartment is worth depending on the condition, location, size of bedroom etc.  If not, how do I determine the value of my unit?  I have no idea what the rent should be and I have people tenants calling me about it already! Im a new landlord for 3 units and obviously have a lot to learn.
