My mom has a tenant that insists on using a window a/c unit and runs this on high all the time, the house has central heat and air does she have the right to pull the plug on the window unit?

It is your house , have it in writing, A long time ago I was a tenant and the land lady said to me remove it because it ruins the beauty of the house and I did. and if they do not get rid of him.
