We have 10 rentals, all HUD approved. We would like to consolidate some bills but now the bank says we don't have enough collaterall. We did 2 years ago. We don't want to loose everything but with evictions, repairs and taxes we don't know where to turn. Anyone have any ideas?

Unfortunately, the only real avenues available to struggling landlords are either selling the properties, improving your cash flow, or defaulting on your mortgages. As far as improving cash flow goes, this site has some good articles on the matter:

. Also, make sure you're taking advantage of all possible tax deductions.
