What To Leave On When Empty?

So I am a new landlord, and just put my condo on the market to rent. My main question is when I move out of my place what should I keep on, and what is okay to turn off. I just want to limit my bills on the place as much as possible for when it is empty. Any advise here is greatly appreciated. One important thing to know is that I am in Chicago, IL and our place is the garden unit. Thank you everyone in advance for your help!!

Keep the heat on 45 or so, to keep the pipes from freezing. Otherwise make sure the new tenants put all utilities in their name when they move in.
