Frozen pipes

Is there a way to word a lease so that the tenant is responsible for frozen pipes in a home that is in a ski town?

Below is what I have in a lease, it hasn't been contested yet so I'm not sure if it's exactly legal defense, it's a little broad but covers the plumbing (frozen pipes). In the winter up here, it is common sense that you need to have the house above freezing temperature so the pipes don't freeze.  1.     Tenant shall: c.Properly use and operate all electrical, heating and plumbing facilities, fixtures and appliances;  If you supply heat or pay for the costs, you can build into the agreement "Heat shall never be below 50 degrees or above 80 degrees" or something similar -- some states have certain restrictions to those numbers when you supply the heat.
