Tenant wants to use her own washer/dryer

I rented out my house a few months ago with washer/dryer installed. Now the tenant wants to use her own washer.dryer. I have no problem with that, and I told her to store my washer/dryer in the garage. However, she wants me to remove and store my washer/dryer at my expense. Does anybody have any advice how to handle this situation?

I don't know what the laws are there but i'd say if it's HER decision to use her own washer/dryer, and if the ones you provided are perfectly functional, then it should be your call as to where yours are stored and it should not be your expense. How much expense and bother would it be for her to store yours in the garage anyway? Just my two cents.
