managing leads and urgent calls

Help! I have to many calls and I cant get back to everybody . I need someone to screen my calls. Any   suggestions?

you may want to look for a call service that takes phone calls and messages! however, i am not sure of a service that also calls back with answers to questions. if you are looking for that, you may need an assistant.
