My new tenant (moving in on Saturday) has a trampoline she wants to put up. We don't mind if she puts it up but DON'T WANT any responsibility to it. Is there a Addendum agreement that is available? What are your thoughts? Suggestions?

I would just state it in the lease that it is allowed but you are held responsible for any injuries caused by it.

I know this is a little bit after your post, but for liability purposes allowing a trampoline on the property, even if you state on the lease that it is the tenants liability problems does not remove liability from you. If something happens, whoever gets injured can still come after you. Plus, if there is a trampoline on the property - lots of insurance companies may drop you or increase your insurance costs - make sure you talk to your insurance company.
