Any good property management software?

I was looking for a good alternative to my current spreadsheets... I have tried buildium, rentec and some other alternatives but they seem too hard to use and more expensive.. the current one I am trying is trexglobal.com, theirs seems really easy to use and I think I might go with them. Any other alternatives?
