Monthly Rent Tracking

Does anyone have a decent excel template for tracking monthly rents? I'd rather not have to pay to use some sort of tracking software. I just need a good document I can access/reference for monthly rents.   Thank you!

I would do a google search, and try to create one. There are a ton of excel template tutorials on the web.
You can go for Online Rent Payment options, they are very convenient.  I have rented out an apartment in Killeen, for which I have opted for Hunter Rentals & Property Management 's Online Rent Payment services. You can check out their website for more information on this service.
