Too many dogs

I rented to a lady, and agreed to two dogs on the lease.  She found two more dogs wandering on the streets, and said one was injured, that she would nurse it back to health and find the two a home.  It's been 4 months now, with verbal warnings from me, to find the dogs a home.  The two dogs in question are yappers, and are bothering the other tenants.  She is in violation of her lease.  I told her, she has 1 week to find a home for the dogs, or I'm placing a Compliance or Quit notice on her door.  If she does not comply, what is the mandatory law in California for her to leave? 30 days after non-compliance?
