Trampoline - Liability

Is there a form I can use to release myself from the liability of my tenants having a trampoline at my property?  I don't particularly want them to have this at my property.

You may want to ask them to obtain renters insurance, since this may be covered. When a tenant applies for renters insurace, its traditionally asked if they have a trampoline.
