Pet "fee" in New Mexico

I have tenants that paid a security deposit and a pet "fee" for a home in the state of New Mexico. Is the pet "fee" refundable at the end of lease?

Its up to you the landlord. Pet fees can be refundable or not. But make sure you state whether it is or not in the lease.
