How much to charge for the type of clean up on rental property

I am wondering if there is a base cost in which area of cleaning you yourself can perform once tenant moves out....such as landscaping could be a higher charge then a cleaning supply charge.  What is the fair way to charge your tenant to the right type of cleaning of upkeep that they neglected to take care of once they have moved out of the rental?

When I first tried to figure a good charge, the best estimate that I could find was to get a quote from a professional house cleaner to restore the house to showing condition.
