Fire Forces Tenants Out, Do I Have to Put Them Up?

If there is a fire and the tenants are forced to find other accommodations would the landlord be liable to cover that expense until they can find suitable housing?

Yes you may be, you are also required to release them from the lease. However if you required renters insurance the tenant would be covered and you can release them from the lease cleanly. You will need to return the security deposit.
