Does Landlord have to supply trash cans/Recycling Cans?

Hello -- My new tenant just moved in and is asking if I can provide a recycling trash can? No other tenant has ever asked that before -- I do have two trash cans there, but not sure if I am even obligated to provide them or a recycling trash can?  Any insight please?  Thanks.  Jodi

My tenants rented my property and they asked for one because I am Pro Recycling I just bought them a cheap one. Honestly though, I do not think its required.
