Referrals wanted from new prospective tenants...

My rental property is in Virginia Beach, VA. The current tenants will be moving to WA in a few weeks. The property management company the current tenants have applied to in WA is going to call for a referral on the  tenants I've rented to for two years.   What kind of questions are they allowed to ask me during a tenant referral?    Thanks!

They will ask about how often rent is on time, the term of the lease, were there any violations. There will be almost like screening questions regarding your property and how the tenants treated the property.
