Lease Agreements - PDFs ok?

Our new tenants signed and emailed back their lease agreement. Do I need to ask them to mail the original, or is a PDF sufficient?

The pdf is sufficient. As long as you have their signatures on the lease and you can clearly see them, the pdf will suffice.
