We live in California and and we are terminating our contract with our property management company. Our question is: does the property management company have to give us a copy of the lease they have with the current tenant? We asked for a copy but they told us they were not required to give us a copy.

I suppose that yes. However, speak to the real estate lawyer in order to find it out for sure.

You should already have a copy of the contract, so I don't believe they are required to.
