How many days advance notice do I need to give my Tenant for a rent increase?? Kathy

Traditionally it is a 30 day notice however if you are on a fixed term you cannot raise rent in the middle of the term you must give 30 -60 days notice before that term expires and the new term with rate increase would take place.
