utility payments- Missouri

If I start paying the utility bills for tenants (that are their responsibility) so that I can quit getting the past due phone calls DAILY, can I charge an admin fee? Because I am having to pay the bill and then send them a notice that they must pay me. If so, what is a fair admin fee?

If it's their responsibility, tell them that from this date forward you're not paying....and hang up when the utility company calls.  Both will get the message soon enough.
