Maximum number of allowed tenants? College Station, TX

Looking to purchase a 5 bedroom 3 bath home in College Station, TX. What are the maximum amount of tenants that are allowed?   The neighborhood HOA is unrestricted as to the number of surnames allowed per property. Just trying to get some information. Thank you.
