Broken Window Responsibility

In Wisconsin in a single family rental property if a window is broken from the outside by an unknown person, (shot out with a BB gun) ,who is the responsible party to repair the window, the tenant or the landlord. Thank You

Technically, the tenant is responsible for damages while renting.
