ceiling damage repair causing tenant to vacate bedroom

Need tenant to vacate bedroom due to repairing ceiling damage...what is landlord responsible to pay for? They did not cause damage.  Does landlord pay cost to move furniture out of bedroom? Tenant has no where else to stay so should they be expected to move bed into living room or does landlord pay for Hotel room?

How long for the repair?  Is there room for there stuff to be put in other areas of the house?  If its only a few days which it should be.  I'd start with offer rent credit of the days they are out of the room.  3day out of the room 3 days free rent.  If that doesn't make them happy you might need to pay for a hotel, but then they still have to pay full rent.
