Tenant wants Gas Line installed

My tenants are requesting Gas line installed so they can install their new stove. They stated they will pay for installation services for gas line.. Is there specific form to authorize such?

Usually the people they purchase the gas from will be qualified to do the installation.
Make sure they get a licensed plumber.
