Lease and Reporting payments to the credit bureau-Coraopolis PA

I am in the process of renting a house to 4 College students. Is there a different type of lease agreement for this type of arrangement? How do I report payments to the credit bureau under this circumstances? Thank You!

Each person is independently held responsible for their own portion of the rent. I would have this drawn into the lease that each tenant signs. If they default on their portion of the rent you can report them individually to the credit bureau.

I agree with what Richard said. Long time back, I rented my house to 2 employees. I asked my property manager at Lone Star Realty & Property Management Inc. to mention it in the lease that each tenant will be responsible for their own rent. It is an important thing, so do consider this before finalising the lease. All the best!
